Good Black Ginseng Mask, some delivery issues

I ordered the Black Ginseng Mask and the Black Ginseng Revitalizing Serum. The ordering process on their site was straightforward enough, no real complaints there. Delivery took about 8 days to get to my place in California, which was a little longer than I expected for standard shipping. The packaging was good, everything arrived intact. I reached out to customer service once because the tracking info hadn't updated for a few days, and they responded within 24 hours with an update which was helpful. As for the products themselves, the mask feels really nice and my skin did seem brighter after a few uses. The serum is also good, absorbs well without feeling sticky. Overall, the quality of the products is high, and they seem to be living up to the descriptions. Just wish shipping was a touch faster, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Great value on Skincare Ritual Kit

I was looking for a new routine and saw their Skincare Ritual Kit. It was a good deal compared to buying everything separately. I got it during a bundle and save promotion, which made the price even better. Shipping was free because my order was over $50, which is always nice. For what I paid, I feel like I got a lot of product, and it's been working well for my skin. Definitely worth the purchase if you're trying to get a few things at once.

Solid mask, quick use

Got the 15-Minute Instant Hydration Mask. It worked as described. My skin felt good after. Simple to use. No fuss, no issues with ordering or delivery. Pretty happy with it.

Good products, slow shipping

I bought the Hydrating Sheet Mask Set and the Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer. The products themselves are good; the sheet masks are very refreshing, and the moisturizer feels light but effective. I like that they use natural ingredients. However, shipping took almost two weeks to get here, which felt a bit long. The tracking updates were also a bit sparse. The customer service was polite when I asked about my order status, but they couldn't really speed things up. So, good quality items, but they could definitely improve on their delivery times and communication during transit.
